Amélie Triffet, a young 16-year-old rider, is determined to prove to us that motorbike racing is also a women’s thing. She inherited her passion for racing from her dad, also a rider, who accompanied her in this activity from her earliest childhood.
At the age of 7, young Amélie started racing in the mini-moto championships in Belgium, where she finished vice-champion in MiniGP 125. In 2016, she made the leap and registered in Pre-moto3 in FSBK for 2 seasons. Two years later, she participated in the « HONDA CBR500R » cup and finished, on several occasions, 1st junior among all the boys.
In 2019, the young rider entered the « Women’s Cup » in 600 CC, an exclusively women’s championship opening major motorcycle events including the 24h of Le Mans and the 12h of Magny-Cours.
