At 14, Barry Baltus continues to amaze. After a first season in the FIM CEV World Championship Moto3 Junior within the team Reale Avintia Racing where Barry Baltus notably signed a magnificent pole position and a ninth place in the race, the youngest driver of the CEV plateau will engage in 2019 on a KTM in the team of Angel Nieto. A team of choice since the Zelos driver will succeed Raul Fernandez, crowned world champion of the category in 2018.
The young pilot completes his 2019-program with a second season in Red Bull Rookies Cup. Of the 24 drivers entered in this championship in 2018, only 6 were retained to continue in 2019, including Barry, who finished in 11th place overall with 60 points.
The objective of the 2019 season, pivotal year for Barry Baltus, is to improve his knowledge of the different circuits but especially to seek the best possible performance in both categories.
